Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) excluding major holidays. We typically offer 1-2 business day processing as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon so please check back in with us!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an immediate notification that will contain your tracking number. Please understand that once we ship packaging, exact delivery time is out of our direct control. If you have any issues with your order during transit, please first contact the carrier as noted in your tracking number. Should additional support be needed, we will do our best to work with the carrier to ensure shipping issues are corrected and your package is delivered in a timely manner. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
We accept returns and replace items if the bottle or packaging is defective or damaged. If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may contact us to replace the product, or get store credit. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

A customer service representative will email you a pre-paid shipping label within 1-2 business days. The returned item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt of the shipping label.
