Back for the second year, the #BROWNGIRLSWAP is back, bigger and better than ever! Together, SheaMoisture and BROWN GIRL Jane are awarding $150,000 in grants plus comprehensive programming in support of Black Women-owned, independent beauty and wellness brands.
In an unprecedented collaboration between a Fortune 500 and Indie brand, this expanded initiative will offer Black female founders a platform to be awarded critical funding, amplify their business, and receive entrepreneurial mentorship from industry veterans.
