CBD tinctures work best when they are dropped right under the tongue (sublingually). This allows the cannabidiol to enter your bloodstream quickly due to the blood vessels in the area. Alternatively, you can add the same amount to your coffee, tea, smoothie, or smooth food (think yogurts, hummus, guacamole, oatmeal).
