Together, SheaMoisture and BROWN GIRL Jane announces its investment of a $250,000 grant fund plus comprehensive programming in support of Black Women-owned, independent beauty and wellness brands.
In an unprecedented collaboration between a Fortune 500 and Indie brand, the newly expanded initiative will offer Black female founders a platform to be awarded critical funding, amplify their business, and receive entrepreneurial mentorship from industry veterans. The partnership will also host a ground-breaking virtual summit open to the public.

We're ready to show you the money, with grants totaling $250,000! Black Women-led companies can apply to win funding for their growing brand, and engage in priceless business-to-business mentorship with seasoned executives from SheaMoisture and Vaseline.
The #BrownGirlSwap pledge launched across social channels in June 2020, challenging everyone to commit to replacing at least FIVE of your “go-to" Beauty and Wellness products with brands owned by Black Women.
